As the Broadway line construction continues, accessible parking in the neighbourhood has been a primary focus for the Mount Pleasant BIA. In response, the MPBIA has implemented the Broadway Parking Program in partnership with participating Broadway businesses. This program will provide parking validation for folks who park at the 130 West Broadway Easy Park lot. Here’s a simple breakdown of how this program works, and which businesses are participating.

Parking lot location:

  • 130 West Broadway Easy Park rooftop parking lot. Access this parking via the back-alley.

How to get parking validated:

  • Pay the promotional rate of $2/90 minutes at the meter located in the lot. This is important because you need your receipt in order to validate your parking!
  • Present your parking receipt at the point of purchase in store. You will either have $2 taken off your purchase, or you will be payed back in cash.

Who is participating:

Is the business paying for this program?

  • No! The Mount Pleasant BIA is fully funding this program. It will come at zero cost to the business.

*The Sporkchek located at 18 W Broadway offers free underground parking to their customers and therefore is not participating in the Broadway Parking Program.
