Celebrate Halloween with a Safe Trick or Treat on Main Street!

Calling all little witches, wizards, ghosts, and goblins—Halloween is right around the corner, and this year, Mount Pleasant is ready for a spook-tacular celebration! On October 31st, join us for a Safe Trick or Treat event along Main Street from 3 PM to 6 PM, where local businesses will be handing out candy to trick-or-treaters of all ages. Just look for the pumpkin poster in the windows, and you’ll know it’s a stop for sweets! 🍬

From East 7th Avenue to East 28th Avenue, Main Street will transform into a Halloween haven for the whole community. Whether you’re a seasoned trick-or-treater or taking your little one out for their first Halloween, this event offers a fun, safe, and family-friendly experience. Get those costumes ready, because there’s something special about strolling down Main Street with a candy bag in hand while you see all your neighbors dressed up in the Halloween spirit. 🧙‍♀️🧛‍♂️

Mount Pleasant’s Community Policing Centre will also be out on patrol, making sure the event stays safe and enjoyable for everyone. They’ll be joining the fun by handing out candy at Kingsgate Mall, where the Halloween festivities don’t stop at trick-or-treating! The mall will be hosting its very own Haunted Mall from October 26-31st, filled with thrilling activities to add an extra dash of spooky excitement to your evening. 👻🎃
