This year our Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 6th, 2020 at 6:00PM at Heritage Hall, 3102 Main Street.
The Board of Directors will also be seeking a 5 Year renewal term, to be voted on by the Members.

Take this opportunity to review the work that we do, give us your opinion on what we should focus on in the future. The AGM is also a great opportunity to meet your neighbours and learn about issues that affect business and property owners throughout Mount Pleasant.

We will also be electing new members for our Board of Directors, as well as re-electing some of the current Directors’ 2-year terms that will end.

Registration will begin at 6:00 pm and the meeting will start at 6:30 pm, as soon as everyone is signed in. Attached are all the required forms, including a nomination form to the Board of Directors.

The meeting will also be available online via Zoom. the link will be provided to registered guests.  We will be able to facilitate voting and questions via Zoom

In light of Covid restrictions, the 2020 AGM and BIA Renewal will be limited to 50 people, registered members, no guests.

This year, we will forgo the normal networking / mixer portion of the evening. It is our hope to limit the meeting to less than 45 minutes.
