SUMMARY:2019 Unibrow Arts Festival
DESCRIPTION:Vancouver’s comedy and zine fest is here again!\nUnibrow Arts Festival is a multi-day festival fusing the diverse talent of the local comedy scene and art publishing community. The event unites these communities in the spirit of diversity\, experimentation and collaboration.  Local talent will shake things up across an array of venues up and down Main Street\, with comedy\, zine markets\, exhibitions\, interactive caricature drawing\, brunch\, dance parties\, a limited-edition festival zine\, and more. The second iteration of Unibrow will take place from Thursday\, August 22 to Monday\, August 26\, 2019 in venues up and down Main Street in the Mount Pleasant neighbourhood. \nThis year’s program features fantastic venues and arts hubs\, exciting performances by local comedians\, an outdoor zine market\, exhibitions\, artist talks\, workshops and a tattoo flash day\, all in the neighbourhood. The goal of this festival is to establish a platform for local comedians and art publishers (zinesters\, small press publishers and artists) to collaborate and create many fantastic artworks.
