We are a chef owned, designed and operated culinary school.
Our teaching philosophy is simple. We realized we started as students, then apprenticed, became professional chefs and are now experienced teachers. Northwest Culinary Academy was built with a chef instructor’s mindset. We teach the way we would want to be taught.
We are your instructors, admissions and placement officers. We work with you from enrolment through instruction to employment. We focus our energy one intake of students per term.
